The new hotel under construction in the residential complex developed by the Federici Costruzioni Group in the Grottarossa area of Rome will be a Four Points by Sheraton (Marriott).
On Italian soil, the Four Points structures currently operating are 6, for a total of 1,114 keys. The new opening would represent the first brand operation in the Capitoline territory.
