Primestar Group, a German hotel group, will debut in Italy in June with its new brand «June Stay». The structure will be located on Lake Garda, near Brenzone (VR) and will include 46 serviced apartments ranging from 35 to 80 m2 with kitchenette, one or two bedrooms and private terrace or garden, many of which have direct views of the Lake Garda. The June Stay Lake Garda offer also includes a restaurant serving local specialities, a bar, private parking, meeting rooms and a swimming pool, as well as a wide range of leisure activities such as stand-up paddling and mountain biking. June Stay Lake Garda is owned by the institutional fund Crown S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF based in Luxembourg, and is currently undergoing restructuring to meet the standards of the brand. Primestar Group launched its new brands June Six Hotel (city boutique hotel), June Stay (extended stay) for and WorX (workspace network) last summer. The first hotel of the group was opened just last summer in Berlin: June Six Hotel Savignyplatz. The group is facing a path of international expansion: in fact, the hotel management company recently inaugurated the Double Tree Vienna Schönbrunn. Primestar Group currently operates 17 hotels in major German cities. With the new DoubleTree by Hilton Vienna Schönbrunn, the franchise portfolio currently comprises 3,701 rooms. Another facility is currently under construction in Vienna. For its brands, Primestar Group is focusing on growth through hotel acquisitions, leases or MCAs.
