After Starwood’s entry into DoveVivo’s share capital and the acquisition of Altido by DoveVivo, now also Chez Nestor joines the DoveVivo Group.

The investment of 50 million euros in the capital of DoveVivo, by affiliates controlled by Starwood Capital Group, and the last two M&A operations, now lead to the creation of a residential management platform with 350 employees, 2,500 properties, 13,000 beds, 400,000 square meters managed, 1.4 billion euros of assets under management, in 40 destinations and 6 countries (Italy,  Spain, France, Portugal, United Kingdom and Scotland).

Chez Nestor, founded in 2012 in Lyon, is a platform active in rental services of all-inclusive housing solutions, furnished, equipped and with personalized services.

The merger of the two companies will allow the teams to accelerate growth in the co-living French sector.
